To which countries does AEROPRINTS deliver its offered products?

Currently we deliver to all countries:

If your delivery area is not included, you can send us an email to
info@aeroprints.shop and we will then check whether a shipment to your
desired country is feasible for us.

How much are the respective shipping costs?

Shipping costs vary according to product and destination country. The shipping costs for posters are between € 5.40 and € 10.88, the shipping costs for aluminium prints are between € 15.89 and € 49.50 depending on the destination country and size.

How long does the shipping take?

Your order will usually arrive after 4 to 8 working days.

When I buy a print, is it also available framed by AEROPRINTS?

No, because we leave it up to the buyer to decide whether he wants to
have his desired print framed according to his personal taste or to
install it by means of an individually selected mounting system.

What is the preferred way to contact AEROPRINTS?

For any of your inquiries, please send us an e-mail to
info@aeroprints.shop, which we will answer within 24 hours every working
day.

How can I track my order with AEROPRINTS?

You will receive an email from us with a tracking link as soon as your order is ready for shipping.
Please make sure this does not end up in your junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there by mistake.

How are the high-quality prints from AEROPRINTS shipped?

Our orders are of course carefully packed to protect against any damage.

Can I cancel my order with AEROPRINTS?

If you wish to cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse, please contact us immediately at info@aeroprints.de.

However, we cannot guarantee that we will have enough time to cancel
your order, as our packing and shipping department is always trying to
process your order as quickly as possible.

How do I return my order to AEROPRINTS?

Register your return via info@aeroprints.de.

After registration you will receive
an e-mail from us with appropriate instructions and address data.

However, in this case you will have to pay for the postage and
shipping costs yourself. The contents of your return must be well
protected.

How quickly are returns handled by AEROPRINTS?

Buyers are generally granted under German law a return period of exactly 14 days to regret their purchases made.

This period begins with the day on which you have purchased our
offer. We will refund you the amount within 14 days of your written
cancellation receipt.

The order you cancel must be returned to us within 14 days of your cancellation.
In addition, your cancelled order must be in the same condition in which you received it from us.
All
costs associated with the return shipment are your responsibility.
Contact us at info@aeroprints.shop to obtain the address to return your
cancelled order.

Important Note: Due to the variety and size of our offerings, we do
not pre-print or pre-stock inventory, so each piece is printed on demand
and made to order.

We do not have a warehouse or, as a result, any inventory. However,
we do offer returns to our customers, but not for our offerings
purchased on SALE.

All orders purchased on SALE or with a coupon code over 10% off are not included in our return policy at aeroprints.shop

The return policy is not included if the product you purchased is
SOLD OUT at aeroprints.shop. We do not accept returns of custom
products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If accepted on our part, we will process your refund immediately.

After this, you will automatically receive a credit on your credit card or the original payment method will be applied.

We do not accept any returns in case of possible changes to a design you have previously chosen.

I have not received an order confirmation from AEROPRINTS!

If you have placed an order with us but have not received an order
confirmation, your email address may have been entered incorrectly.

Please contact us at info@aeroprints.shop to find out whether we have received an order in your name.

We will of course correct your e-mail address and send you the order confirmation immediately.

In other cases, the order may not have been executed. In this
respect, please contact us before placing a new order to avoid possible
duplicate orders in advance.

Can any product offered by AEROPRINTS be commissioned with the buyer's own dimensions or designs?

For this reason, you are welcome to send us a request at
info@aeroprints.shop, which we will check as soon as possible in order to
possibly fulfill your special request.

What happens if an order from AEROPRINTS is lost in the mail?

For orders lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to us in
writing no later than 4 weeks from the expected delivery date. In these
cases, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement orders in
question.

All we ask is that you confirm in writing regarding the correct shipping address you previously provided in this regard.

We also ask for your verification at your local post office to first try to locate your lost order yourself.

We do not accept any responsibility or liability if we have been able
to prove by means of a so-called tracing that an order was properly
delivered to the person who placed it and this is nevertheless disputed
by him. In this case, all costs for any replacement will be for the
account of the concerned principal.

Local taxes:
Please note that depending on your
region and local customs, local fees such as statutory sales tax and
customs fees may apply. These fees are generally borne by the customer.
This applies in particular to countries outside the EU.

Notification to EU consumers:
According to
Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83 / EU of the European Parliament and
of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of
withdrawal may not be granted for the supply of goods.
Therefore, AEROPRINTS reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
